I was recommended Garry Butchers' design services by Louise West at Peblaco.co.uk. It turned out to be one of his designs (Shaded Nation) that had actually drawn me to contact Louise, so I was very happy with this.

From the very beginning Garry was extremely thorough in asking what I was looking for in the design and kept me informed almost daily how the design work was progressing.

The work took around 6 weeks in total, but since the design was implemented I have asked for the odd change to be made and it has never been a problem with Garry and I have received the updated files in no time at all.

When our in-house web developer left the company half way through an important e-commerce project for Toggi/British Equestrian Federation, we needed to find someone quickly who could take it over.

We found Garry Butcher through the Actinic website community, and chose him mainly as he seemed to have a very good knowledge of Actinic. I'm usually very wary of using designers or developers who are found online as we've had bad experiences in the past with people not being able to deliver, but Garry was friendly and professional, and really knew his stuff - he set my mind at ease straight away.

Throughout the project, which took approximately 4 weeks, Garry has kept us informed of the progress at all times, solved numerous functionality issues through his knowledge of the Actinic product, and finally delivered a website which does exactly what we asked, and looks great.

He has also been extremely helpful and patient in giving advice about Actinic and answering the various questions that have cropped up since implementation. When we wanted to add functionality he updated the site quickly and cost effectively, having researched the best way for us to achieve our aims.

We will certainly be contacting Garry for future e-commerce projects.

I was initially put onto Garry by another web design agency as their workload was too high. His help from the beginning and at every turn couldn’t have been any better. We discussed site layout and almost straight away we had a design we wanted.

Our site required a lot of work by our company due to the number of products we had. Garry was very patient and always helpful while we converted our images over to the new format. He also helped us redesign our company logo which needed tarting up.
